Key Responsibilities:
3D Modeling and Visualization:
- Create 3D models of architectural designs, interior spaces, landscapes, and products using 3ds Max.
- Work from concept sketches, blueprints, or design drafts to translate ideas into detailed 3D visualizations.
- Build and texture detailed models, paying close attention to realism, scale, and proportions.
Rendering and Lighting:
- Use Corona Render to produce photorealistic renders of designs with accurate lighting, textures, and materials.
- Set up and adjust lighting, camera angles, and rendering settings to achieve high-quality and realistic visuals.
- Experiment with lighting setups (natural and artificial) to create the desired mood and ambiance for the render.
Material and Texture Mapping:
- Apply textures, materials, and finishes to 3D models to give them a realistic appearance (e.g., wood, metal, glass, fabric).
- Use Corona Render materials for photorealistic rendering, ensuring that materials behave realistically under different lighting conditions.
Post-Processing and Final Adjustments:
- Use tools like Photoshop or After Effects for post-processing to enhance the renders (e.g., color correction, adding effects, refining shadows, etc.).
- Make adjustments based on client feedback to refine images, ensuring they align with the design brief.
3D Animation (Optional):
- Create animated walkthroughs or flythroughs of 3D models, helping clients visualize how a space will look and feel.
- Implement camera movements, lighting changes, and other effects for dynamic animations.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to understand design intentions and project requirements.
- Participate in meetings or presentations to showcase renders and discuss any necessary changes.
