Key Responsibilities:

Global Cash Management:

  • Assist in the rollout of global cash management bank to all regions of operations.
  • Monitor and manage daily global cash positions, ensuring optimal liquidity management.
  • Coordinate with regional finance teams to streamline cash management processes.
  • Cash reporting and cash forecasting.

Banking Relations:

  • Maintain and develop relationships with banking partners to optimize banking services and costs.
  • Ensure compliance with banking agreements and monitor bank fees.

Treasury Management System (TMS) Maintenance:

  • Maintain and administer the Kyriba TMS, ensuring its smooth operation and integration with other financial systems.
  • Serve as the master user of the Kyriba TMS, providing guidance and support to other users across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve TMS-related issues in coordination with IT and Kyriba support.
  • Enhance and streamline treasury processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Support for Regional Finance Teams:

  • Provide support to regional finance teams with TMS and payment issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Develop and disseminate best practices and standard operating procedures for treasury operations.

Security Management:

  • Act as the security manager for banking and TMS from the central Group team.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and manage user access rights within the TMS and banking platforms.

Treasury Function Development:

  • Participate in the development and enhancement of the treasury function at Xebia.
  • Collaborate with the Group Treasurer and other stakeholders to implement strategic treasury initiatives.
  • Assist in the creation of treasury policies, procedures, and controls to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in treasury operations, with hands-on experience in a TMS (Kyriba preferred).
  • Strong understanding of global cash management, banking practices, and payment processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
