AWS Connect Engineer

Blue Spire is looking for talented AWS Connect Engineers and API Developers to join our growing technology team for our BFSI client'sEnterprise AWS Connect migrationprojects. The candidate will work onnext-gen cloud contact center solutionsby being a part of solution architecture discussions, leadership, and full-stack development. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in AWS Connect migrations (Cisco to AWS), API development and knowledge on modern front-end frameworks.Key Responsibilities:Lead/assist inAWS Connect migrations , fromCisco to AWS .Design, implement, and manageAWS Connect solutionsintegrated withAWS Lambdaand other AWS services.Provideend-to-end solution ownershipincluding configuration, call flows, and IVR logic.Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and business teams to deliversecure and scalable cloud contact center solutions .Support ongoingmanagement, monitoring, and optimizationof AWS Connect environments.Required Skills:AWS Connect Engineering Manager:Lead theend-to-end migrationfrom legacy IVR platforms to AWS Connect and integrated chatbot applications.Work closely with AWS engineers to design and implementAmazon Connect ,Lex ,Lambda ,S3 , and related AWS services.Act as theprimary liaisonbetween business users, technology teams, and AWS account teams.Define and manage theprogram roadmap , milestones, and delivery plans across multiple workstreams (IVR, Chatbot, Integration, Analytics).Overseesolution design and development— IVR flows, Lex bots, contact routing, and agent experience.Coordinate withcross-functional teams(AWS architects, developers, security, QA, operations).Ensureon-time deliveryand adherence to scope, budget, and quality metrics.AWS Connect Engineers:(4–8 years)Hands-on experience with AWS ConnectandAWS Lambda .Strong knowledge ofIVR design, telephony, call routing, and cloud contact center operations .Experience inmanaging AWS environments(IAM, CloudWatch, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc.).Provenmigration experience– preferablyCisco to AWS Connect .Good to have:Full-stack experience(Java, Node.js, React/Angular) for integration and custom development.Excellentproblem-solving and communication skillsto work with cross-functional teams.Nice to Have:Exposure to cloud-native architectures (AWS ecosystem).Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).Prior experience in BFSI large-scale enterprise environments.
