Key Responsibilities:

Test Automation Development:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.
  • Write and modify test scripts using Java and hybrid frameworks to cover various test scenarios, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Execute automated test scripts and analyze results to identify defects.


Salesforce Testing:

  • Perform testing of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Steel Brick CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) as per requirements.
  • Test end-to-end scenarios from campaign to order submission, ensuring complete process validation.
  • Validate order processing in Oracle, including validation rules, workflows, approval processes, and email generation in Salesforce.


Collaboration and Documentation:

  • Work closely with business analysts to gather requirements for multiple projects.
  • Document test cases, automation scripts, and test results.
  • Bug tracking and reporting using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution of issues.


Specialized Module Testing:

Test modules including Product Configuration, Pricing, Quote, Order, Contract, Renewal, Billing, Taxation, Invoicing, and Global Territory Management.

Manage testing for Quote to Cash process for new product introductions.

Ensure thorough validation of New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle.


Required Skills

  • Must have 3-5 Years of In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications
  • Ability to analyze complex software systems and environments.
  • 2 years of working experience on Selenium Core java for Execute automated test scripts and analyze results to identify defects.
