Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for our IT department, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to drive our company’s technological initiatives forward. As the Lead IT Recruiter, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with candidates, external vendors, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to each position.Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.Evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit to make informed hiring recommendations to the hiring managers.Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in IT recruitment.Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our employer brand and values to prospective candidates.Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and cost per hire.Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruiters and other members of the recruitment team.Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience (5 years) as an IT recruiter, with a track record of successfully filling technical positions in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and compliance requirements.Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
