We are seeking a talented and experienced AI/ML Architect to join our Enterprise Architectural Business Consulting Company. As an AI/ML Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for our clients across various industries. You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver innovative AI/ML strategies that drive business value and competitive advantage.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities for leveraging AI/ML technologies.
  2. Design end-to-end AI/ML solutions that address complex business problems and deliver tangible results.
  3. Develop architecture blueprints, technical designs, and implementation plans for AI/ML projects.
  4. Lead the implementation and deployment of AI/ML models and algorithms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  5. Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools based on project requirements and industry best practices.
  6. Provide technical guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  7. Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML research, methodologies, and tools, and incorporate them into our solution offerings.
  8. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop AI/ML service offerings, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
  9. Participate in pre-sales activities, including client meetings, workshops, and demonstrations to showcase our AI/ML capabilities.
  10. Mentor and coach junior members of the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field; advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) preferred.
  2. Proven experience (5+ years) designing and implementing AI/ML solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
  3. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and statistical modeling techniques.
  4. Hands-on experience with popular AI/ML libraries and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
  5. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or Scala.
  6. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related AI/ML services.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  8. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  9. Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
  10. Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., TensorFlow Developer Certificate, AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty) are a plus.
