Job Description – Senior Architect (Real Estate)Department: ProjectLocation: Vapi, GujaratExperience: 10+ yearsQualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in ArchitectureSalary: Up to 25 LPAJob BriefWe are looking for an experienced Senior Architect – Real Estate to lead the design, planning, and execution of large-scale development projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, functional, and sustainable architectural solutions that align with current market trends and client expectations.Key Responsibilities1. Design Leadership· Lead conceptualization and design development for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.· Review and oversee detailed drawings, construction documents, and 3D models prepared by junior architects and consultants.· Ensure design intent is maintained throughout all project stages.2. Project Management· Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring design quality, timelines, and budgets are met.· Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and consultants to translate design objectives into practical, buildable solutions.3. Technical Oversight· Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental guidelines.· Review and approve structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) designs for integrated project execution.4. Sustainability· Incorporate sustainable design principles and green building practices in all project stages.· Stay updated with modern energy-efficient materials, technologies, and global sustainability trends.5. Team Collaboration· Mentor junior architects and guide them throughout the design and documentation process.· Work closely with engineers, contractors, planners, and construction teams to ensure seamless coordination.6. Market Trends & Innovation· Research global architectural trends, new technologies, and design techniques to keep project standards competitive and future-ready.Qualifications & SkillsEducational Background· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (from a recognized institution).· Professional licensure, such as COA, RIBA, or AIA is preferred.Experience· Minimum 10+ years of experience in architectural design, with strong exposure to real estate development projects.· Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, large-scale architectural projects.Technical Expertise· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.· Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and project management tools.Soft Skills· Strong leadership and team management abilities.· Excellent communication and client presentation skills.· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.How to ApplyInterested candidates may share their resumes at:Preeti Kaushik - - linkedin.com/in/preeti-kaushik-hirewalaSeema Shukla - -
