Job description

• 7 years of experience working with Fircosoft solutions, with a strong understanding of Fircosoft Filtering and Watch List Filtering.

• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Fircosoft solutions to meet specific compliance requirements and regulatory standards.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python, with a strong foundation in object-oriented design principles.

• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance requirements related to anti-money laundering (AML), know your customer (KYC), and sanctions screening.

• Experience with database systems such as SQL and NoSQL, and familiarity with big data technologies is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex compliance requirements and translate them into Fircosoft configurations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of compliance processes and systems.

Behavioral Skills:

· Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

· Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
