Educational QualificationMinimum: Bachelor’s degree in any streamCandidates with basic understanding of digital financial services will be preferred2. Experience1–3 years of experience in:Field salesRetail financial services (especially DMT, AePS, INMT, BBPS)Agent onboarding in fintech or banking sectorFreshers with good communication skills and local market understanding may also apply.3. Skills RequiredWorking knowledge of DMT, AePS, BBPS, and other digital platformsStrong communication, relationship-building, and persuasion skillsAbility to explain and train retailers/agents on financial service platformsFluency in the local language is mandatory; English and Hindi are an added advantageBasic computer skills and familiarity with smartphone applicationsKey Responsibilities:Identify and onboard new retailers (kirana shops, CSCs, recharge outlets, etc.) for financial servicesPromote usage of INMT, DMT, AePS, BBPS, and other supported digital platformsEducate and train retailers/agents on how to use the platforms effectivelyCross-sell insurance products and third-party financial offeringsProvide timely after-sales service and resolve agent issues to ensure continued activitySubmit regular field updates and reporting to the Area Sales ManagerAchieve monthly targets for agent onboarding, activation, and transaction volume.
