Job Details:

  • Required Experience : Minimum 1 year experience in Life Insurance Sales in Banca / Direct / Agency / BFSI
  • CTC Bracket: upto 4 LPA
  • Educati onal Qualification : Any Graduate or Post Graduate
  • Location: Mysore, Bangalore, Hubballi
  • Candidate must have own conveyance

You will be responsible for:

  • To generate leads through activities and use enablers for lead generation
  • To have minimum of 3 new customer meetings in a day
  • To provide after sales service and do upselling with the existing customers
  • To ensure 100% branch staff activation every quarter
  • To train and skill partner staff on need based selling and product sales pitch
  • To ensure 100% of branches with Min of 2-3 SP license holders and support them with the same to drive business target achievements.
