Responsibilities:

• Write performance-first copy for Meta Ads, landing pages, emails, banners, and social content.
• Develop hooks, headlines, and CTAs that
  actually convert
  , not just sound pretty.
• Collaborate with performance marketers to test different variants and double down on what scales.
• Help shape and evolve the brand voice across touchpoints — from sassy to serious.
• Work closely with design and product to build high-impact campaigns.
• Stay plugged into trends, memes, Gen-Z culture, and buyer psychology.

What We're Looking For:

• 1–3 years of copywriting experience, ideally in a D2C, ecommerce, or ad agency setup.
• Portfolio that shows high-performing ads, landing pages, and storytelling chops.
• You think like a marketer first, writer second — and know how to write to sell.
• Strong grasp of buyer triggers, funnel stages, and emotional hooks.
• You're fast, fearless, and can handle multiple briefs without losing your tone.

Bonus If You:

• Have written for health, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
• Can break down customer psychology and nail 1-line hooks.
• Know how to analyze ad performance and use it to iterate your copy.
