The Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned area.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers to expand the company's market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular visits, calls, and emails.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies, promotional activities, and product offerings to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to sales representatives within the area, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively promote products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and best practices in sales techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

The Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and colleagues.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service and driving continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
