(HINCOL) is a 50:50 Joint Venture Company promoted by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, a major National Oil Company in India & Colas, SA France (Bouygues Group), Leaders in Road construction and Transport Infrastructure. Set up in 1995, the Company is engaged in the Business of manufacturing & marketing Bitumen Speciality Products like Cationic/Anionic Bitumen Emulsions, MS/SS Emulsions, Cut-back, Crumb Rubber Modified Bitumen, Polymer Modified Bitumen, Road Bond, Bituclair, etc. It undertakes Road maintenance works like Micro surfacing & Slurry Sealing. HINCOL has been actively promoting technologically superior Products for Road construction Industry. The Products manufactured by the Company find wide acceptance in India.

The Position:

HINCOL owns and operates 10 strategically located ISO 9001/ ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001 certified Plants across India. The Officer will support the Chief Executive Officer in providing reliable and timely reports of various locations spread across the country as well as HQO departments. The job involves extensive travelling.


Job Description / Responsibilities:


  • Undertaking audit and other assignments individually / as a member of a team as per the audit program / checklist.
  • Conducting audit of all Plants, Regional Offices, Site Offices, Depots spread across India and HQO Departments and issuing reports on audit findings.
  • Providing support to the company's on various control and vigilance mechanism.
  • Evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems
  • Evaluating and providing reasonable assurance that risk management, control, and governance systems are functioning.
  • Summarize “Significant Audit Observations” to the Audit Committee.
  • Reporting risk management issues
  • Evaluating information security and associated risk exposures
  • Maintaining Risk management framework
  • Evaluating regulatory compliance program with consultation from legal counsel
  • Making presentation to the Top Management:
  • Audit Plan coverage
  • Significant Audit observations
  • Areas which require to be strengthened controls
  • Special Skills & Knowledge:
  • Taxation
  • Latest and prevalent accounting standards and prevailing audit standards / SOP
  • SAP

Education Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Minimum Experience : 02 Years

Maximum Experience : 05 Years
