About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Trainer to lead our internal training and development on AI Agent creation, intelligent automation, and LLM-powered systems. This role blends technical training with real-world development – helping beginners grasp complex AI agent workflows while contributing directly to building production-level AI tools and platforms.As a Senior Trainer, you will:- Design and deliver training programs on AI agents, LLMs, RAG architecture, and full-stack over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on training on AI Agent development, prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LLM integration.
• Build and maintain AI workflows using tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, and others.
• Guide teams in setting up vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma) and embedding techniques.
• Train developers on Python programming, MERN Stack development, and API integration for automation.
• Teach best practices in using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face models) for custom use cases and knowledge agents.
• Develop training projects with real-world use cases: customer support bots, workflow agents, email assistants, CRM bots, and more.
• Build internal agent-based tools with integrations (e.g., Gmail, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRMs, etc.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build reusable tools, workflows, and code libraries.
• Continuously document processes, create structured learning content, and improve training curriculum.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and platforms, and keep the team up-to-date.

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Skills:

• Strong Python skills (OOP, APIs, data handling, scripting).
• Full stack experience with MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, ).
• Experience working with LLM frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack.
• Deep understanding of Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, and RAG Architecture.
• Hands-on with Vector Databases: Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate.
• Familiar with Hugging Face, OpenAI API, and fine-tuning/customization techniques (LoRA, QLoRA optional).
• Building and deploying APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Streamlit.
• Basic knowledge of Docker, serverless deployments, and Git/GitHub workflows.
• Experience with Automation Workflows using n8n, Zapier, or custom Python/Node-based solutions.
• Exposure to cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure), including Lambda Functions, S3, and basic MLOps tools.
• 2+ years of experience in mentoring, coaching, or training junior developers or teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to simplify complex AI concepts.
• Ability to create training roadmaps, project-based assignments, and documentation.
• Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with Open Source LLMs (Mistral, LLaMA, Gemma).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, CI/CD, or advanced MLOps.
• Prior experience in building agent-based SaaS products or chatbot platforms.
• Familiarity with Data Labeling, Knowledge Graphs, or Enterprise Search.
