About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager with strong expertise in ODS (Operational Data Store) and SAP Datasphere. The candidate will be responsible for managing BI/data integration projects, guiding the team, and ensuring delivery of scalable and high-performing data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Scrum Master / Project Manager to guide and support a BI/Data engineering team.
  • Oversee project delivery, sprint planning, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data models.
  • Ensure smooth integration, transformation, and flow of data across systems.
  • Implement best practices for data governance, security, and performance optimization.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for task tracking, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Business Intelligence.
  • Strong expertise in ODS (Operational Data Store) and SAP Datasphere.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master / Project Manager (23 years minimum).
  • Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for workflow and release management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to Qlik or other BI tools.
  • Experience with SAP HANA and SAP BW.
  • Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
