At our Telecom Grade FRP & ARP Rods' business, we manufacture Fibre Reinforced Plastic Rods and Aramid Reinforced Rods for optical fibre cables, using the latest UV lights Curing Pultrusion Technology, Thermal Process Technology, and fully automated production lines, in Silvassa with 2 million km per annum production capacity and an opportunity to increase our capacity many folds in next two years.
Roles & Responsibilities:
P&L responsibility of VAP (value added product) business at Runaya Refining
Proficient leadership quality in plant management; manpower management; sting knowledge of Operation, maintenance and projects, marketing and safety
Understanding of Aluminium Cast house operations is vital
Must be able to lead team for achieving Business plan and plant KPIs such as Cost of production/ manpower management/Operations/Maintenance of plant/ slag conditioners marketing
Good understanding of Ferro Alloy/SMS/Secondary steel making interms of Electric Arc Furnace operations/Technical/Process etc.
The Successful Candidate:
B. Tech with atleast 12 years of experience in relevant industry
Ability to work under ambiguity and manage multiple priorities effectively
Experience in managing a team and fostering a collaborative work environment
Excellent communication skills
