The purpose of your role will be to execute the delivery of a proactive and customer focused administration related services across the plant, for a seamless functioning of Operations. A purpose driven role for you Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to: 1. Work on the overall administration management of the plant like manpower deployment, ensuring facility hygiene, maintainence, etc 2. Look after the overall housekeeping management and audits 3. Ensure stationary and material availability on floor and in stocks 4. Look after the overall transport management and availability 5. Prepare various data and perform audits as per requirement 6. Manage various vendors, track bills and agreements A Day in the life As the Executive Admin you will be looking after end to end administration requirements on daily basis. You will be working on various subsets of administartion like houskeeping management, transport, uniforms, horticulture, etc Keep a track of all bill payments, agreements and ensure enoigh resources, materials, etc are available to employees and in stocks, overall contributing towards having a safe and hygienic work space for all.
