RolesandResponsibilities

  • SoftwareApplication Development in an Agile Product development environmentfor nichedomains/verticals.
  • Adheringto Agile Project management methodologies and meeting productrelease schedules and clientdeliverables
  • Understandingthe functional requirements application workflow and review withpeers
  • Requirementsanalysis andDesign
  • Development andCoding
  • Adhering tocoding standards Unit Testing and IntegrationTesting
  • Participatingactively in daily standup meetings onsite and other internalmeetings
  • Communicationwith superiors on status/progressdaily.

DesiredCandidateProfile

  • 13 years of software application development experience in MicrosoftTechnologies
  • Experiencein ASP.net with C# handsondevelopment
  • Experiencein HTML5 CSS Bootstrap is aplus.
  • Experience inAJAX andJQuery
  • Experience inWeb Forms is anadvantage
  • Experiencein Telerik RAD controls and Telerik Reporting is aplus
  • Experience inworking with MSSQL Server (Query Functions Storedprocedures)
  • Provenability to troubleshoot debug and resolve issues is aplus
  • Goodcommunication and interpersonalskills
  • Goodunderstanding of the Software Development Life Cycleprocess
  • Generalunderstanding or development exposure in SAAS / Cloudbasedapplications
  • Candidatesneed to relate to an agile product development environment and havea product development mindset unlike a project or maintenanceservice model.
  • Teamplayer spirit and willingness to take upchallenges
  • Have astrong passion to learn perform and grow in the developmentteam
