Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in SAP solution design and architecture.

- Knowledge of SAP Technologies: In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, ABAP, and DevOps processes, without the need for hands-on coding.

- Ability to drive results through technical teams.

- IT Roadmap & Strategy: Proven experience in defining IT roadmaps and delivering scalable SAP system landscapes.

- Integration Experience: Strong knowledge of SAP integration technologies (e.g, SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform).

- Business Process Knowledge :

- Deep understanding of key SAP modules (e.g, FI, MM, SD, PP, WM).

Leadership & Team Management :

- Experience leading technical teams, ensuring the effective delivery of projects without directly performing coding tasks.

Project Management :

- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and other project delivery methodologies.

Certifications :

- SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect certification or equivalent is preferred.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP Greenfield, brownfield implementation and knowledge of migration tools (e.g, LSMW, SAP Data Services).

- Knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology, TOGAF or ITIL frameworks.

- Experience with cloud platforms (SAP Cloud, AWS, Azure).

Education :

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and architecture of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy.

- Oversee project teams, guiding them through the full project lifecycle while maintaining focus on timelines and deliverables.

- Develop and implement integration strategies using SAP integration technologies, ensuring seamless data flow across systems.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute the IT roadmap for SAP implementations, ensuring scalability and sustainability.

- Engage with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP solutions.

- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the technical team.

- Ensure high-quality delivery of SAP solutions through rigorous testing and validation processes
