Designation : M365 Technical Specialist

Experience : Minimum 4+ years of relevant working experience in (Microsoft 365 / Office 365) administration and Support with hands-on and should be actively working on Azure Active Directory. Experience in writing PowerShell scripts will be preferred for the position.

Office Location : Indiranagar (Bangalore, Karnataka)

Qualification : Graduate or Postgraduate (CS or Engineering)

Salary : Best in the Industry - As per Market Norms

Working Hours : 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM / 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM (PST Hours)

Technical Skills : M365/O365, Active Directory (hands-on and should be actively working), SharePoint, PowerShell, Azure Active Directory, Teams, Outlook, Exchange Online etc.

Job description :

1. Maintain a high level of availability for all Office 365 services, including email, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams

2. Monitor service health and performance, and take proactive measures to prevent or mitigate issues

3. Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions in accordance with company policies

4. Configure and manage security settings and compliance features to protect data and ensure regulatory compliance

5. Perform regular backups of data and systems, and develop and test disaster recovery plans

6. Stay up to date on new features and capabilities, and plan and execute upgrades and migrations as needed

7. Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

8. Provide Tier 2 and 3 support for end users experiencing problems with Office 365 applications and services

9. Write and maintain documentation for procedures, processes, and configurations

10. Train and support end users on the use of Office 365 applications and features

11. Conduct research and make recommendations on new products and solutions to improve productivity and efficiency

12. Monitor trends and developments in the Office 365 ecosystem and keep abreast of changes in the competitive landscape.

Required Skills :

1. bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field

2. 4+ year experience in a systems administrator role

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications and tools

4. Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy Management

5. Experience managing Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Skype for Business Online

6. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolutions.

Desired Skills :

1. MCSE : Productivity certification

2. ITIL v3 Foundation certified

3. Working knowledge of PowerShell

4. Experience with Azure Active Directory and Azure Rights Management

5. Experience with mobile device management
