ROLE: SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE

As an IX Sales and Marketing Executive in the bustling hub of Delhi NCR, you will join an elite squad of Imagineers. Here, the fusion of creativity and technology with the dynamic culture leads to crafting immersive experiences that captivate both the local community and the world.

In the Delhi NCR office, your mission is to support the sales and project delivery of IX services, focusing on immersive events and projects that resonate with the Indian market. Collaborate with our international teams dedicated to creating epic memories

 

How you can make an impact… 

Your role is pivotal in navigating the unique business landscape of India and Internationally, engaging in client management, and business growth in alignment with Imagine X Global portfolio deliverables.

Key Duties and Responsibilities - Area: Project & Event Support   

 

  • Use digital platforms to conduct hybrid events and online events. 
  • Support the delivery of live, hybrid, and virtual events on-site. 
  • Help in the design and technical setup of event systems and equipment. 
  • Work with various systems such as CRM, social media marketing, and analytics. 
  • Participate in creative decision-making and project implementation. 
  • Ensure smooth event operations and client satisfaction. 
  • Provide operational, planning, and administrative support for events. 

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities - Area: Business Sales, Partnerships & Marketing  

 

  • Drive sales and marketing efforts to secure new corporate and private accounts, building a strong pipeline of sponsorship, service, and exhibition opportunities. 
  • Market events across social media, delegating platform management as needed, and actively engage in sourcing and closing new prospects. 
  • Generate new business by identifying and targeting sales opportunities, supporting division objectives and achieving personal sales targets. 
  • Produce high-quality proposals, tenders, and contracts to facilitate the sales process, developing a consultative approach with innovative solutions. 
  • Assist in building strategic partnerships, securing service contracts, and providing ongoing review and maintenance of pipeline opportunities.

Please take note that due to the nature of our work, the flexibility to work outside normal office hours will be required.

What may make you suitable to deliver the above…  

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Events, Media, Tourism, or related field, with proven experience in sales, marketing, and event support. 
  • Strong understanding of market research, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing techniques, including social media, SEO/SEM, and advertising. 
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work under pressure and engage with international teams. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, marketing software, and experience in B2B and B2C networking, with awareness of global market dynamics.
