About the RoleExciting Opportunity- IGT Solutions Hiring for Manager/Sr Manager - Policy Expert(T&S)Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across multiple. On this team, you're a big-picture thinker and strategic team-player with a passion for doing what’s right. You work globally and cross-functionally with Client engineers and product managers to identify and fight abuse and fraud cases with speed - with urgency. And you take pride in knowing that every day you are working hard to promote trust in client and ensuring the highest levels of user safety.

Role: Manager/Sr Manager - Policy Expert(T&S)Reporting to - Head - T&SLocation – GurgaonWork timings – 24x7

ResponsibilitiesAnticipate policy issues, elections and political content as it relates to our product and technology platforms, develop policies and enforcement recommendations on how to address them.Lead, develop, and implement content policies for client products, with a view towards user safety, product quality, and privacy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to ensure policy analysis and recommendations consider all teams’ perspectives.Resolve high-profile policy issues, coming from the public, users, and internal stakeholders.Influence product decisions and prioritize and improve user experience for policy-related issues through collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, Trust and Safety teams.Drive awareness and understanding of our product policies and across user base through research to set industry standards.Review or be exposed to sensitive or graphic content as part of the core role.Ability to work in ambiguityExcellent communication skills- should be able to articulate problem statements in crisp and concise

QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.10-14 years of experience in a policy, legal, Trust and Safety, or technology environment.5 year of experience working cross-functionally across business lines.
