LTIMindtree is looking for Test Managers having experience in Travel,Tourism and Hosptality industry in Bangalore and Chennai.


Test Managers are responsible for the delivery of testing of several projects The focus of this position is to work across multiple disciplines like automation performance data package and digital Test Managers will work with customers and senior project stakeholders with focus on SLAs KPIs and metrics The objective should be on high customer satisfaction and quality with zero production defects and define roadmaps with other project client stakeholder In addition the role needs to contribute to customer visits presentations testing practice like preparing case studies conducting interviews of test leads and in presales activities


Delivery Excellence during all phases of Testing Lifecycle. This is measured through quality of deliverables proactiveness requirements understanding productivity and schedule adherence

  • Estimation efficiency
  • E2E Test Strategy creation
  • Impact Analysis scopeschedule change
  • Project Financials tracking
  • Production Incidents Defects analysis RCA
  • Accurate capturing of the requirements
  • Establishing requirements traceability
  • Test design effectiveness
  • Onsiteoffshore coordination
  • Ensure that the team adheres to all internal processcustomer process as per the need of the project
  • Ensure on time delivery of all committed tasks Ensure all release goals are achieved
  • Develop Test artefacts like Test Strategy Test Plan Test Metrics Test Summary Reports etc and get signoff from client projects
  • Develop implement and follow the quality guidelines Standard Operating Procedures
  • Develop and provide testing road map and resource loading for projects
  • Show regular improvement in the engagement in terms of quality velocity valueadds
  • Ensure to take care of technical reviews of all artifacts from LTIMindtree and also ensure that the review comments from customer reduces over a period of time
  • Test Reporting Various Reports dashboard and graphical representation of report
