Key Responsibilities:
Analytical Testing:
- Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished agrochemical products using HPLC, GC and other analytical instruments.
- Conduct method development, method validation, and calibration activities.
Instrument Handling & Maintenance:
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain HPLC, GC, and other lab instruments.
- Perform calibration and qualification of instruments periodically.
Regulatory & Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and ensure safe handling of agrochemicals and solvents.
- Support internal, external, and regulatory audits.
Cross-Functional Support:
- Collaborate with Production, R&D, and QA teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting product quality deviations.
Skills :
- Strong knowledge of HPLC, GC, and analytical chemistry techniques.
- Good understanding of agrochemical formulations and specifications.
- Knowledge of GLP, ISO, GMP, and regulatory guidelines.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
Qualification :
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or equivalent.
Experience :
2–4 years of experience in QC function within Agrochemical Chemical Industry.
Hands-on expertise in HPLC & GC analysis is mandatory.
