Job Title: Social Media Manager (1–3 Years Experience) Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 Years About Us: Recrivio is a dynamic and growing tech startup, passionate about building impactful digital experiences. We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team and lead the charge on engaging content and community growth across social platforms. Role Overview: As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing, creating, editing, and publishing engaging content across our social media channels. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to maintain brand consistency, grow our online presence, and support campaigns that drive results. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) Design and edit engaging content (static posts, reels, stories, carousels) using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. Write clear, compelling copy that aligns with brand voice and objectives. Schedule posts and maintain a consistent content calendar. Analyze social media metrics, generate performance reports, and optimize strategy based on insights. Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and best practices. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, product) to support broader campaigns. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage community interactions. Requirements: 1–3 years of proven experience managing social media for a brand or agency. Strong content design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools). Excellent copywriting and content editing abilities. Experience with video/reels/shorts editings Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.G., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite). Good understanding of social media KPIs, SEO basics, and paid advertising is a plus. Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field. Experience with short-form video editing (e.G., Reels, TikTok). Basic knowledge of content marketing and influencer collaboration.
