Job Description


We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in recruiting for Analytics roles , including Data Engineering, Data Science, Business Intelligence, AI, and Machine Learning.


Key Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting for analytics roles . A total of 3+ years of recruitment experience . Proven team management skills with the ability to drive tasks to completion.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be Bangalore-based and ready to work from the office 5 days a week.
  • At least 5+ years of core experience in talent acquisition, preferably with experience in competitor analytics firms.
  • Notice period: 0-30 days.
