Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in recruiting for Analytics roles , including Data Engineering, Data Science, Business Intelligence, AI, and Machine Learning.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting for analytics roles . A total of 3+ years of recruitment experience . Proven team management skills with the ability to drive tasks to completion.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be Bangalore-based and ready to work from the office 5 days a week.
- At least 5+ years of core experience in talent acquisition, preferably with experience in competitor analytics firms.
- Notice period: 0-30 days.
