The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving incidents, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring the uptime and performance Experience:7+ Years Np: Immediate to 10 Days Location: PAN INDIA-Hybrid Mode Roles and Responsibilities: Detailed JD Good exposure to Subscription based processes, AVC, Business partner, Contract Accounts, Organizational set up.E2E product configuration. Basic understanding of Master agreements, Subscription orders, contracts, Customer hierarchy, ODI configuration, Cross catalog mapping concepts. Basic understanding of convergent invoicing ,Billable items, BIT class.
