Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with a strong background in the Life Sciences & Healthcare domain . The ideal candidate will lead technical solutioning, ensure architectural best practices, and provide oversight to the development team. This role requires expertise in Life Sciences Cloud and Experience Cloud , along with the ability to collaborate with client stakeholders and onshore architects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical architecture and solution design discussions with clients and onshore teams.
  • Define and oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals in the Life Sciences & Healthcare domain.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to development teams during project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, standards, and governance .
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
  • Support integration of Salesforce with external systems and platforms within the LSHC ecosystem.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and solution validation to ensure high-quality delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 9–12 years of overall Salesforce experience , with at least 3+ years as an Architect .
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Experience Cloud .
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end solutioning and architecture discussions .
  • Experience working in the Life Sciences & Healthcare industry (mandatory).
  • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and security models .
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce Architect-level certifications (Application/System Architect, CTA).
  • Prior experience in patient services, pharma, or healthcare-related processes .
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology .
