We’re Hiring: Telecalling Associate – PW Academy (Physics Wallah) Location South India (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada required) Department: Sales & Business Development About the Role We are looking for Telecalling Associates to drive demand generation and strengthen our retail network across South India. The role involves engaging with retailers, distributors, and teachers to ensure product availability, visibility, and market growth. Key Responsibilities Connect with top retailers in the assigned region Collect data and support market analysis Collaborate with distributors to ensure timely order fulfillment Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling Build strong relationships with teachers and promote product recommendations Collect feedback to align offerings with student needs Desired Candidate Profile Graduate/Diploma with 1–3 years of telecalling/inside sales experience (Ed Tech preferred) Fluency in Tamil/Telugu/Kannada (for South India role), along with Hindi/English Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to manage high call volumes and maintain detailed records Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented Join India’s leading Ed Tech company and play a key role in expanding our retail and academic network.
