Liaisoning Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Liaisoning Associate to support our organization in maintaining effective relationships with various government authorities, regulatory bodies, vendors, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be familiar with local/state government processes and capable of ensuring timely approvals, clearances, and compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and government departments, municipal authorities, and other external agencies.
• Ensure timely filing, submission, and follow-up of applications, licenses, permits, and other statutory documentation.
• Monitor and manage statutory compliances, ensuring the company adheres to relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain an up-to-date tracker of all licenses, approvals, and renewals required for the business operations.
• Assist in drafting letters, applications, and reports required for government submissions.
• Coordinate and follow up with consultants, legal advisors, and government officials as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant officials and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on new policies, regulations, and guidelines that may affect the company.
• Support internal teams (e.g., Legal, Admin, Operations) in liaison-related tasks and regulatory issues.
• Must have 2 wheeler

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17, ₹21,000.00 per month
