Job Summary:

VinFast, a leading Vietnamese electric vehicle manufacturer, is seeking experienced SAP professionals to join our growing team at our new India plant. You will play a key role in implementing, maintaining, and supporting our SAP systems (MM/EWM, PP/PM/QM, SD/VMS, or ABAP/PI/Basis) to optimize our business processes and ensure efficient operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions due to customer requirements.
  • Map business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
  • Design, customize, configure and testing of SAP modules. Identify gaps, issues and give solutions.
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
  • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
  • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
  • Implement change management execution by developing training material, delivering training and supporting users post cutover
  • Ensure production issue service tickets are addressed and solved in a timely fashion
  • Collaborate with global team/end-users and provide mentorship others as to how processes and transactions are conducted
  • Address concerns from managers and executives providing support with research and recommendations


Requirements:


  • 8+ years of experience in SAP implementations and support, with a strong focus on SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4 HANA.
  • In-depth knowledge of the SAP ASAP methodology framework.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in your specific SAP modules (MM/EWM or PP/PM/QM or SD/VMS or ABAP/PI/Basis) with a proven track record of at least three full lifecycle SAP implementations.
  • Experience presenting complex information to clients and decision-makers.
  • Unit/integration testing experience is a must.
  • A passion for continuous learning and exploring new tools, workflows, and methodologies.
  • Professional SAP certifications in your specific module are preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment with frequent change requests and tight deadlines is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive under pressure.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-time zone environment.
  • Experience with both SAP implementation and support activities.
  • Experience in the automotive or retail industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and potentially internationally.
  • Willingness to perform additional tasks as assigned by your direct leader/manager.
