Job Title: SAP Process Integration (PI) Consultant

Location: Bangalore, India

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Process Integration (PI) Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP PI, with a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions. As an SAP PI Consultant, you will play a key role in integrating various SAP and non-SAP systems to streamline business processes and ensure seamless data flow across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integration Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement SAP PI integration solutions to meet business requirements.
  • System Integration: Integrate SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity across various platforms.
  • Mapping and Transformation: Develop and maintain mappings and transformations using SAP PI tools.
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of integration solutions.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for integration processes, mappings, and configurations.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, SAP functional consultants, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective integration solutions.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize integration processes for performance and scalability.
  • Compliance: Ensure all integration solutions comply with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 6-8 years of experience in SAP PI, including hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO (Process Orchestration).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in designing and developing integration scenarios using SAP PI/PO.
    • Strong knowledge of integration protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SFTP, and SOAP.
    • Experience with mapping techniques including Graphical Mapping, Java Mapping, and XSLT Mapping.
    • Understanding of IDoc, RFC, and BAPI integrations.
    • Familiarity with EDI standards and integration.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
