About the Job:

This role focuses on the design and development of fabrication fixtures, machining fixtures, and assembly tools using Creo. You’ll work on creating essential tools such as lifting tackles, hydraulic fixtures, and jigs that streamline manufacturing and assembly processes. Experience in designing transport elements like pallets and racks, along with inspection gauges, is also a key component of this position.


What You’ll Do:

  • Design fabrication fixtures for tack welding and full welding applications, including templates.
  • Develop machining fixtures and assembly fixtures for manufacturing processes.
  • Design and develop transport elements like dollies, pallets, and stacking racks.
  • Create and qualify inspection gauges (pass-through gauges) for quality assurance.
  • Provide additional value by contributing to the design of special-purpose machines (optional).
  • Work collaboratively with teams to ensure successful project execution.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in Creo and tool design, with a focus on fixture design, including welding fixtures, hand tools, and pallets.
  • Work experience in designing fabrication, machining, and assembly fixtures.
  • Knowledge in designing transport elements such as dollies, pallets, and racks.
  • Familiarity with qualifying gauges for inspection and passthrough applications.
  • Educational background in BE or Diploma in Mechanical or a related field.
  • Additional experience in special-purpose machine design is a plus.
