We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Engagement Specialist to join our premium interior design company. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences by managing tele calling, approaching high-end clients, and ensuring walk-ins receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to premium clientele, showcasing our exclusive interior design solutions.- Engage with potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments.- Welcome and assist walk-in customers, ensuring a personalized showroom experience.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and customization options to clients.- Coordinate with the sales and design teams to ensure seamless client engagement and satisfaction.- Maintain records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback.- Stay updated on industry trends to suggest innovative solutions to clients.
Key Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, tele calling, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in the luxury or premium segment.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage high-profile clients.- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.- A customer-centric mindset with the ability to create memorable experiences.
