Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MS Dynamics 365 CRM Senior Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with both on-premise and SaaS/cloud implementations of MS Dynamics 365 CRM. This role requires a deep understanding of system integrations, web services, and various development tools to ensure effective project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain MS Dynamics 365 CRM applications, both on-premise and cloud (SaaS).
  • Utilize MSSQL (2015 and above) and AzureSQL to manage databases.
  • Develop and deploy C# applications and leverage Power Platforms, especially Power Automate.
  • Implement web services and REST services for system integrations.
  • Administer IIS and utilize TFS/VSS versioning tools for development projects.
  • Work directly with onsite teams and customers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Independently handle AMS (Application Managed Services/Operations) and AD (Application Development) tasks.
  • Solve complex problems creatively and efficiently.
  • Prioritize client satisfaction and manage time effectively across multiple projects.
  • Stay updated with new modules/technologies relevant to project requirements.
  • Ensure all solutions meet Dubai banking standards for utilization and compliance.

Mandatory Skills:

  • MS Dynamics 365 CRM (On-Premise and SaaS/Cloud)
  • MSSQL 2015 and above
  • Strong proficiency in C# and Power Platforms (especially Power Automate)
  • Web Services and REST Services
  • IIS Administration
  • TFS/VSS Versioning Tools
  • System Integrations with MS Dynamics
  • Familiarity with Graph APIs and Dataverse

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with AzureSQL

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in C# and MSSQL, with a focus on MS Dynamics.
