Role: Senior UI/UX Designers We are looking for a highly creative and skilled design leader who can manage and guide our design team across mobile and web platforms. This role requires someone with excellent UI/UX and graphic design skills, strong leadership, and a passion for delivering visually polished, user-centered designs. We want someone who’s committed to long-term growth and ready to take full ownership of design quality. What You’ll Do: Lead and manage the design team for both web and app platforms Deliver high-quality, creative UI/UX and graphic designs consistently Set a strong creative vision and ensure the team meets that standard Oversee the full design workflow using Figma, from concept to final output Maintain and evolve the Figma design system for consistency and efficiency Work closely with the development teams (Ionic, Flutter, Laravel, React) Mentor and guide the design team to improve their skills and performance Ensure all designs meet visual, functional, and brand standards Take full responsibility for the quality and delivery of design output What We’re Looking For: ✅ Proven experience in UI/UX and graphic design for web and mobile ✅ Expertise in Figma and managing scalable design systems ✅ Strong creative thinking and a sharp eye for detail ✅ Ability to lead a design team and maintain a high standard of quality ✅ Familiarity with development frameworks: Ionic, Flutter, Laravel, React ✅ Excellent communication and team leadership skills ✅ A reliable, committed professional looking for long-term growth ✅ Passion for design, innovation, and user experience in the healthcare space Why Join Us? ????
