If you’re passionate about NLP, LLMs, RAG systems, and production-grade AI deployments, this role is for youKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, train & evaluate ML models: classification, anomaly detection, forecasting, NLPBuild advanced DL architectures: RNN, GRU, LSTM, Transformers (BERT, T5, GPT)Develop scalable Generative AI & RAG pipelinesOptimize models — quantization, low-latency inferenceFine-tune LLMs using SFT, LoRA, QLoRA (optional)Define evaluation metrics; monitor drift & retrainingCollaborate with engineering/DevOps for CI/CD & deploymentWrite clean, reproducible, well-documented codeRequired Skills✅ 4–5+ yrs hands-on in ML/Data Science✅ Strong Python, scikit-learn, pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow✅ Deep experience in NLP & Transformer models✅ Knowledge of Generative AI tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex)✅ Model quantization (INT8/dynamic/static)✅ Experience with vector DBs: FAISS, Pinecone, Azure AI Search✅ ML deployment, monitoring & performance tuning✅ Familiarity with Docker, MLflow, CI/CDPreferred⭐ LLM fine-tuning (SFT, LoRA, QLoRA)⭐ Exposure to MLOps: SageMaker, Vertex AI, Kubeflow⭐ Experience with Spark, Airflow⭐ Contributions to research, open-source, ML/NLP blogsInterested?
