Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced US Stock/Indices Options Scalper to lead our daily trading desk . This role is pivotal in capitalizing on intra-day price movements across major US indices and select high-volume stocks through precision scalping strategies . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of high-frequency trading , an ability to execute flawlessly under pressure, and an exceptional grasp of both technical analysis and market dynamics . This role will involve managing a team of traders, executing short-term trades with pinpoint accuracy, and ensuring all activities align with our risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities:


Scalping Strategy Development & Execution:

  • Design, refine, and execute scalping strategies for US stock options and indices, targeting high-probability trades with ultra-short time frames.
  • Ensure all trades are executed with precision, focusing on liquidity, volatility, and market sentiment shifts for stocks like NVDA , AMD, TSLA, XOM, AAPL etc. and indices ETFs such as SPY , QQQ , and even the leveraged ETFs.
  • Analyze micro-movements, mispricing opportunities, and liquidity gaps to capitalize on fast market shifts. Adjust strategies in real-time to seize immediate opportunities.


Real-Time Market Analysis:

  • Continuously monitor market conditions and key technical indicators (support/resistance, momentum, volume) to identify profitable scalping opportunities .
  • Leverage Smart Money Concepts , price action , and order flow techniques to ensure trades align with market sentiment and short-term trends.
  • Stay updated on market news, earnings reports, and economic events that could trigger quick movements and influence stock/index behavior.


Advanced Options Trading Expertise:

  • Execute advanced options strategies such as Iron Condors , Bearish/Bullish Spreads , Straddles , and Butterflies to maximize short-term profits within strict risk parameters.
  • Use complex options setups to hedge positions when necessary and capture volatility.


Team Management & Collaboration:

  • Ensuring the execution of trades is synchronized and strategic across the desk.
  • Rapid trade execution as per market behavior , and risk management techniques . Foster a culture of speed, accuracy, and discipline .
  • Facilitate daily briefings to discuss the market outlook, key trades, and potential setups for scalping across high-volume US stocks and indices .


Risk Management & Compliance:

  • Implement and enforce strict risk management protocols, ensuring adherence to defined limits on position sizes , exposure , and leverage .
  • Monitor P&L swings and ensure that positions are adjusted to minimize downside while maximizing risk-adjusted returns .
  • Continuously assess market volatility to adapt strategies and ensure the desk remains profitable even under extreme market conditions.


Performance Reporting & Market Feedback:

  • Provide detailed daily reports to management on trading performance , scalping efficiency, and potential adjustments to strategies.
  • Ensure transparency in performance metrics, tracking key indicators like win-rate , profit per trade , draw down levels , and execution speed .


Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-frequency scalping of US stock/indices options.
  • Extensive knowledge and application of technical analysis , including Smart Money Concepts , FVGs , trendlines , order flow , and price action trading .
  • Proven track record of success in daily options trading , with consistent profitability and adaptability to various market conditions.
  • Mastery of executing complex options strategies, managing risk, and capturing volatility in real-time.
  • Strong understanding of market liquidity , micro structure , and short-term sentiment shifts in US indices and major stocks.
  • Exceptional risk management skills with the ability to navigate high-pressure trading environments while minimizing exposure.
  • Leadership experience with a focus on team development and collaborative execution .
  • High attention to detail, discipline, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Advanced technical tools proficiency in platforms like ThinkorSwim , TradingView , Bloomberg , or equivalent.
