Thisapplicant will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a smallteam of frontend developers on and off shore to ensure thesuccessful delivery of highquality web applications. The rolerequires a handson approach where you will actively contribute todevelopment tasks while providing guidance and mentorship to yourteam members. You will be responsible for driving the technicaldirection of projects ensuring UI development guidelines bestpractices and standards are followed and collaborating withcrossfunctional teams to drive and evolve the companys brandthroughout the user experience.In addition to your technical expertise in HTML CSS andJavaScript you will have strong leadership and project managementskills to deliver highquality web solutions. The position willreport to the Technology Lead and will also work as a liaisonbetween the Development and QA teams.
