Now we’re looking for a Senior Digital Advertising Specialist to own our multi-channel advertising efforts, upskill teammates, and drive accountable growth.ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other paid channels.Develop advanced targeting strategies to optimise efficiency and reach.Oversee and scale significant ad budgets with a focus on sustainable ROI and growth.Analyze performance deeply, make data-driven recommendations and present strategic plans to stakeholders.Work with cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, content, sales) to align paid media to business goals.Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing best practices, and developing career plans.Stay updated on industry trends, ad tech innovations, and platform changes, implementing proactively in campaigns.Prepare clear and organised reports on campaign performance and strategic recommendations.Qualifications4–6+ years of experience in paid digital advertising.Track record of scaling ad campaigns with mid-to-large budgets and internationally.Solid grasp of Ads Manager, Google Analytics, conversion tracking and attribution models.Understanding of the full digital advertising funnel (awareness, acquisition, retention).Analytical mindset, with the ability to turn numbers into winning strategies.Strategic thinker with leadership potential and ability to operate autonomously.Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and stakeholder management.Bonus: experience with eCommerce, marketing automation tools, or programmatic platforms.Why JoinTechnip Energies ?Competitive senior-level salary and performance bonuses.Own high-impact advertising campaigns, with international reach.Flexible working: remote/hybrid working environment.Accelerated career progression with a path to leadership.Professional development (certifications, workshops, global conferences).A people-first, ambitious, collaborative culture that scales global impact.
