Job Description :


The test lead oversees the execution of test cases, ensuring that the testing process follows the test plan and that the team addresses issues promptly

Requirements :


- Minimum 8 years of experience into performance testing.

- Experience in tools like Load Runner & Jmeter.

- End to end performance testing experience.

- Good knowledge of performance monitoring tools.


- Leads the design and execution of performance tests, analyzes performance test results, and provides recommendations for performance optimization.


- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the performance and scalability of software products.

Core Skills : API testing , Performance Testing , Jmeter , Experience in working on Microservices Testing, Integration Testing , Test case authoring and management, Excellent communication , Logical and Critical thinking skills , Good Test Acumen


Responsibilities :


Performance Test Design and Execution :


- Lead the design and execution of performance tests to evaluate the software's performance, scalability, and reliability.


Result Analysis and Optimization :


- Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for performance optimization.


Collaboration :


- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and product managers, to ensure the performance and scalability of software products.


API and Microservices Testing :


- Conduct performance testing on APIs and microservices to ensure they meet the required performance criteria.


Integration Testing :


- Perform integration testing to validate the interactions between different system components and their impact on performance.


Test Case Management :


- Author, manage, and maintain detailed test cases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.


Communication :


- Clearly communicate test results, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.


Continuous Improvement :


- Stay updated with the latest performance testing tools, techniques, and industry trends to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.


Mentorship :


- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
