Working with B2B products is anadditional advantage● A passion for creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing products and experiences. Werequire a portfolio demonstrating your design capabilities.● Passionate about shaping the future of user interfaces, particularly in the realm ofgenerative AI. You'll have the opportunity to explore, conceptualize, and craft innovativeinteractions that leverage cutting-edge AI technologies.● An expert at your craft. This means you can endlessly argue about why one designpattern is better than another for a product.● Eager to expand your skill set beyond design, embracing product researchmethodologies and developing a deep understanding of business strategies and usercontexts to create more impactful products.● A collaborative team player who can work well with Product and Engineering teams toensure that everyone is aligned with the design vision.● Have shipped products and are able to articulate what worked and what didn’t for thoseproducts.● You; Re not just a designer; you; Re a storyteller. Your ability to articulate design conceptsand decisions clearly to a client is paramount.● Thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is your forte. You; Re comfortable withchange and can pivot with ease.Here’s what you will do in this role:● Work with stakeholders to solve customer problems and navigate product discoverystages while closely working with CX and product teams.● Creating fantastic products by obsessing about the ‘Why’ and backing it up with a solidunderstanding of user needs and behavior.● Executing visual design that is not just polished, consistent and intuitive but at the sametime factors in delight.● Rapidly explore ideas and complex interactions through prototypes and test yourhypothesis with users using a variety of methodologies.● Coaching and mentoring more junior designers or interns on the team in craft anddevelopment of key hard and soft skills.
