Experience on requirement management tools, creation of use cases, functional design

Ability to create business and functional requirements and user stories with design thinking approach

Ability to interface with technical team to clarify and customer to understand the business needs

Ability to do analysis and research on healthcare market.

Experience in consulting sessions conducting discovery workshops (Joint Application Requirements)

Good understanding on healthcare regulatory and security concepts like HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 13485 etc.

Experience in responding to proposals, creating solutions, and support pre-sales activities

Good communication, presentation and customer interactions
