Exciting Opportunity for Hardware Engineers

We're Hiring: Hardware Engineer

Location: Noida (Work from Office)

Working Days: 6 Days

CTC: Best in Market

Experience Required: 3–7 Years

Job Description

  • Conceptualization, block and schematic design for various control cards which include mixed-signal & processor/controller-based designs
  • Layout knowledge to coordinate with PCB design team
  • Troubleshooting / bring-up of boards, testing & validation of all blocks
  • Preparation of BoM, production, and other engineering documents
  • Selection of discrete components, functional ICs, and controllers for new and existing designs update
  • Ability to interact with cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Finding alternatives / second sources for already used components
  • Work on reliability of design and resolve problems observed in field/production with required modifications
  • Provide support to Production for new design

Technical Skills

  • Relevant experience in Hardware of Embedded systems based on Microcontroller & Microprocessor
  • Should have design experience on high-speed digital & low-level analog signal boards
  • Good understanding of high-speed digital & analog linear circuit design concepts
  • Thorough understanding of active & passive component specifications and datasheet interpretation
  • Hands-on experience in board bring-up and debugging of embedded systems
  • Good knowledge of SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, USB, RS232, RS485, LVDS interface specifications
  • Should be able to compare & choose optimum components
  • Hands-on experience using Logic Analyzer, DSO, Signal Generator, etc.
  • Thorough knowledge of PCB design procedures & guidelines to work with PCB design team
  • Should have knowledge of SMT processes
  • Experience in EMI/EMC testing and debugging

Additional Skills

  • Should be able to handle projects effectively & independently
  • Should be able to work in a team and support other team members
  • Should be able to interact with other design and support teams
  • Good organizational skills with emphasis on quality.
