Overview: The SCMTechnofunctional role is crucial in aligning supply chainmanagement processes with IT systems to ensure seamless operations.This position plays a vital part in identifying areas for systemimprovements implementing solutions and providing technical supportto optimize supply chain operations.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Shouldbe able to explain transaction flow and understand highlevelconcepts. Like IR/ISO O2C and P2PCycle.
  • Provide technofunctionalexpertise to support SCM IT systems
  • Analyzebusiness requirements and translate them into systemfeatures
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto implement supply chain solutions
  • Develop andmaintain documentation for SCM processes andsystems
  • Manage system configuration and testingfor SCM modules
  • Support endusers with systemissues and provide relevanttraining
  • Participate in SCM system upgrades andenhancements
  • Identify and resolve technicalissues related to SCM systems
  • Lead andcontribute to SCM process improvementinitiatives
  • Ensure compliance with datasecurity and governance policies
  • Providetechnical expertise for SCMrelatedprojects
  • Collaborate with vendors to evaluateand implement new SCM technologies
  • Contributeto the strategic direction of SCM ITsystems
  • Conduct regular system audits andperformance assessments
  • Stay updated withindustry trends and best practices in SCMsystems
TechnicalSkillset
  • Required: SQL PLSQL Oracle Forms Oracle Reports and BIPublisher
  • Required anytwo: Apex Workflow and OAFramework

RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Systems or a relatedfield
  • 8 years of experience in SCMtechnofunctional roles
  • Demonstrated proficiencyin SCM modules of major ERP systems
  • Strongunderstanding of supply chain processes and bestpractices
  • Excellent project management andproblemsolving skills
  • Proficient in dataanalysis and reporting for SCMoperations
  • Experience in system implementationconfiguration and support
  • Knowledge of SQLdatabase design and data migration
  • Ability tocollaborate and communicate effectively with crossfunctionalteams
  • Strong analytical and critical thinkingabilities
  • Certifications in SCM or relevant ITsystems will be an advantage
  • Experience insystem integration and troubleshooting
  • Proventrack record in delivering SCM system enhancements andoptimizations
  • Understanding of cloudbased SCMsolutions and technologies
  • Familiarity withITIL and agile methodologies for system development andsupport
