Role: Placement Officer Experience: 5+ years Location: Bangalore (On-site) Key Responsibilities: Guide and support learners (both working professionals and beginners) in achieving successful career transitions. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners and industry networks. Organize placement drives, mock interviews, resume-building sessions, and career workshops. Track placement metrics, maintain reports, and ensure consistent learner success. Collaborate with internal academic and operations teams to align learner outcomes with industry expectations. Desired Profile: 5+ years of relevant experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or career services. Strong understanding of IT, Data, and Analytics job markets.
