You’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining brand standards across food, beverage, and service. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and care deeply about food, wellness, and people — this role is for you. Responsibilities: Oversee daily F&B operations to ensure smooth service and operational excellence. Support the restaurant manager in executing brand SOPs and maintaining hygiene & quality standards. Coordinate between kitchen, retail, and service teams to deliver seamless guest experiences. Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination in alignment with brand values. Track and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Support menu implementation and special launches across cafe and retail verticals. What We’re Looking For: 2–4 years of F&B experience (premium café, restaurant, or hospitality background preferred). Strong understanding of service standards, operations, and team coordination. Passion for clean eating, sustainability, and innovative food culture. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment.
