Understanding and applying the 4 Cs of Credit effectively. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines. Assessing credit risk and determining loan approval/decline decisions. Applying lending/credit policy, mortgage insurance guidelines, and risk assessment principles. Communicating with external stakeholders, including Brokers/Lenders.
