Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team in Mohali. This role blends B2B marketing execution, content creation, and design skills to support Auxiliobits' growth in international markets (US, Canada, EU, Middle East). You will work closely with sales and leadership teams to amplify our brand presence, generate leads, and create engaging content that showcases our expertise in automation and AI.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, email, website, and webinars).
Write and publish blogs, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and press releases tailored to C-Level audiences.
Design professional marketing collateral and creatives using Canva, Figma, or equivalent tools.
Manage Auxiliobits' social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and audience engagement.
Assist with event/webinar promotion and create engaging post-event assets (presentations, highlight videos, snippets).
Coordinate with internal teams to develop client success stories and use cases.
Support the sales team with pitch decks, brochures, one-pagers, and ROI calculators.
Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and suggest data-driven improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing (preferably in IT, SaaS, or consulting).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating impactful content.
Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, PowerPoint, Adobe Express, or similar). Ability to create graphics, infographics, and marketing creatives.
Familiarity with CRM & marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Video editing skills (CapCut, Canva Video, or similar) is a plus.
