Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Omni Sport Leader to join our team at one of our stores across Delhi-NCR (South/Central Delhi). As an Omni Sport Leader, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and promoting a positive sporting experience. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will guide customers in finding the right products and deliver expert advice.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer & user service by assisting and advising people on sports products and services.

- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring proper stock levels through cyclic inventories.

- Continuously develop product knowledge and expertise through training sessions and self-learning initiatives.

- Build and Develop Sports community for your passion sport within the project catchment/city.

- Take commercial decisions to boost performance of your sport. We provide the freedom to let you develop your "entrepreneurial spirit".

Qualifications and Skills:

- Passion for sports and an active lifestyle.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong customer service orientation.- Knowledge of a wide range of sports and their respective equipment, apparel, and accessories.- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays.- Basic analytical skills- Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage (but not a must)- Curiosity driven and quick learner

CTC: 4 to 5 LPA + up-to 20% bonus based on certain collective performance metrics, and other benefits such as Comprehensive medical insurance cover (self and family), opportunity to subscribe to internal shareholding plan etc.

Working Days & Hours: 5 Days a week with 2 Week Offs (Any 2 consecutive days between Monday & Friday)
